Review

4.5What an awesome ending to a great trilogy. Clare did not hold out on anything to keep us from becoming an emotional wreck. There are so many things going on. Clockwork Princess is about the battles our characters face, rather than the impending confrontation with the automatons. I don't think I've ever loved Will more than I do in this book. You don't realize just how big his heart is until you are in the pages of this book. My respect for Tessa grows even larger. She always strives to put other before heself. New alliances are made, and friendships we thought were important dissolve. I was a bit disappointed with the lack of action. It seemed the other books had so much more. But it's all gravy. We get some insight into events that take place in The Mortal Instruments. It was awesome seeing the foundations of the powerful families in TMI. Now I know some background, and I love that aspect. Clockwork Princess takes your emotions everywhere. By the end of the book my heart was exhausted. I love this trilogy, and am happy with how it ended. I do hope we will get some novellas about Tessa after everything is said and done. She is one of my favorite female MCs ever!!!! Definitely pick up this last book in the Infernal Devices. It's awesome!!
